Steve's previous project experience includes a variety of flow-monitoring exercises completed to:

quantify water-loss reductions following leak repairs,

quantify savings after programming controllers allowing for advanced pressure management,

illustrate seasonal demand (e.g., irrigation) as well as changes in customer behaviour due to outreach programs or watering bans,
